BUG Radio Box Premiere
Engineers Maurits Lamers and Iris Erkelens have been working rather ceaselessly with me to build the BUG Radio Box - a mobile radio station that can connect to our BUG Radio Server from anywhere at any time. The Box will go visit young people who are not easily able to participate in the rich cultural activities that our city of The Hague can offer, be it for physical or mental reasons. This project is made possible by Cultuurschakel. Iris and Ivy, students of Carmen van Haren of the Muziek en Spel Atelier in Den Haag will create an impromptu radio show with spoken word, analogue soundscapes, and jingles for our first streaming.
