Electric Conversations for "Gesprekstukken", Live at De Poentjak

Wil Schmal will join me on the electric guitar (with all sorts of wonderful items to produce an array of sounds) in playing two sets of miniatures: One with field recordings of the Swiss Mountains, and one with field recordings from the NASA archives. Iconic writer Cor Gout, whom I have accompanied before, invited us to add to an afternoon of literature called “Gesprekstukken”, which means conversation pieces. I’m sure the conversations between Wil Schmal’s guitar and my electronics will provide an additional dimension to this promising afternoon. Also on the bill: Eric de Vries, Marco Bakker, and Frank Bond.
