Radio LOOS VI/Jeremy Young - The Light and Shadow of Control

Radio LOOS presents two wonderful pieces of Jeremy Young which deal with the control of the police state, in particular the USA. Jeremy uses intercepted radio, reel-to-reel tape, and oscillators to create vibrant sonic imagery in response to police surveillance and brutality. Activist Meira Asher and radio maker Em Schwarzwald joined the conversation. It’s not a light topic for a summer day, and I wish you all the lightness in the world, but do have a listen to these works and share them if you can.
