Happy New Year, dear friends and colleagues! All the best to you, good health and life in a war-free zone, and whatever else keeps you afloat. We have all made (or almost made it) through another Monday of another year at this point of the day. Sometimes I feel like life is hitting me in the face after finally taking a holiday, but it is fortunately also hitting me with music and art. To begin with, Radioart106 will air tomorrow at 7 p.m. on USMARADIO and Chimeres.Space. With works by Jess Shane, Akkamiau Kočičí, Meira Asher, and me. It is promising to be an artistically and politically intense broadcast. I want to thank Meira for putting this together, for inviting my work, and most importantly for speaking out. Her work does not shy away from difficult issues. It is both artistically sound and courageous. I am looking forward to hearing more.
