An excerpt of my “Stop en Luister, Den Haag!” series was a winner in the International Ars Electronica Competition! I will be spending a few days in Switzerland, in a Castle, enjoying the Forum Wallis Contemporary Music Festival.

The 10th International Festival for New Music, Forum Wallis, takes place in 2016 from 12-16 May overlapping the Whitsun holiday in Leuk Castle, Switzerland. For the second time, an international competition for electronic compositions — launched in 2015 — is a feature of Forum Wallis: Ars Electronica Forum Wallis had again an overwhelming response: 289 entries from 45 countries. Young composer Leonie Roessler ranks among the 24 selected composers. Her work will be performed May 13th 2016 in Leuk Castle.
